they do it because when they add themselves to the hitlist, they are confidence about themselves. when you add yourself to a hitlist then many many people will attack you and he probably thinks he’s good so that when people attack him, he’ll win and get more experience points and go up a lott of levels. its a smart technique, you should try it!

I just read about it the other day. It’s like a cheat, but not rally just strategy they will get as many ppl in their mob as possible and then give them weapons. then they will add themself to the hitlist and try as long as they can to keep themself alive by using the hospital its just a way to get exp. really fast =] hope I answered your question to the fullest
