The competition of the street is very quickly becoming the most popular uses of the game out there. There were other smaller but have also been patched since then. If this street that competed with cheaters was discovered that many people without really trying I'm sure there are many others out there. I guess the reason that the sites have not caught yet because I'm still relatively new and just starting to really grow. For now we just have to hold firm and search tips to help get ahead of the completion strategy. Also the growth of your team is important as any other game and this app can be done relatively quickly using the tools in several places that offer.
