How the Mobsters Ambulance Works

So, how exactly does the Myspace Mobsters Ambulance exactly work? Is it even worth getting tons of ambulances in mobsters? Is 1 ambulance in mobsters just as good as 100? Many of our mobsters forum members have been asking similar questions and debating on the exact math behind the Mobsters Ambulance. We have compiled this short guide to make sure all of you understand the mobsters ambulance and how you can use it to really improve your bounty hunting game and survive much longer while being hunted in mobsters.

UPDATE ON THE AMBULANCE!
Now you only need 1 energy to complete the mission! Hell yea! Also, you don’t get NEARLY as much experience, which is very good for the people who don’t want to level up too quickly!

Here’s what we’ve learned: 
-You need 2 new mobsters for every time you do the mission to acquire an ambulance. This does not delete them from your mob, it “initiates” them in. The mission was just changed so now it lets you know the total number of mob members you’ll need for the mission. It increases by 2 every time you do it. Some people may need only 10 mob members, others will need 700. It all depends on how many you currently have, and how many are new recruits.

Now, here’s the advantage of the ambulance:
-When you go to the Hospital page and click the “heal” button, every so often you will come across a message that will look something along the lines of this:

That is all the fact that we’ve gathered.

So here’s the million dollar question: How exactly does the game decide when to VIP heal you? 
It seems to be random, but several people have a feeling that it may be related to how many ambulances you own in mobsters.
What I’ve found so far is that your actual health before you heal is irrelevant.

So, finally, I bring you to my point: to find out if there is a ratio of how many ambulances you have compared to how often you will be VIP healed. The best way to test this is to have everyone post on this thread when they get the instant full health.
So, the important thing to keep track of is EXACTLY how many times you clicked the Heal button before you’re totally healed. This includes any time gaps (say, you healed 5 times yesterday, then healed another 8 times today before you were VIP healed, count it as 13 clicks)

For instance: On my 6th click I got it. I have 6 ambulances. Lets also put what our health and level was at when the VIP heal happened, as well as our total health, in case that helps. So I will post
“6 clicks with 6 ambulances
was at 48/180 health
level 42”
After we have a bunch of posts, we can go through and see if there are any patterns developing. 

Get it? Let’s figure out a rough estimate as to how this algorithm works that the Godfather is using! Also, to keep things as precise as possible, wait until you’ve gotten the instant heal once, THEN start counting your clicks from that point on!

Ok, there seems to be yet another change for the mobsters ambulances. Over the past couple weeks, the number of VIP heals has diminished dramatically. This is due to the Godfather trying to make it a little harder for higher levels to ride the hit list, as they often do. I personally have 115 of them, and I get the full heal approximately 30% of the time. I noticed that I tend to get it more often right after I acquire a new mobsters ambulance. Sometimes I’ll get the VIP heal every click for 3 times in a row, then I’ll heal 10 times with no luck.
I think the idea here is that you want at LEAST 100 mobsters ambulances to make the healing worth it, especially if your health is over a couple hundred. If your total health is still below 200, you’re probably wasting money on the upkeep for these things, as they won’t do you enough good, fiscally speaking. 
Also, it depends on how often you heal: If I only heal once or twice a day, I get the VIP heal almost 100% of the time. Whenever I log on after being off for a few hours, the fist time I click the button, I’m healed all the way. However, on days that I’m fighting a lot, that number drops significantly, to about 20% of the time.
