At level 20 you can have 100 mobsters. Start with 100 mobsters and either buy a good sized bank or you attack another rich account a few times to transfer money
The way this is done is to start with a large mob, have them all outfitted with the top of the line defense and then bounty yourself over and over always adding to defense and health.
In this way you will get more experience points than you can by simply running missions or using your own stamina to attack.
When you use other peoples stamina you can get unlimited exp and experience levels you.
Its very difficult to level 20 times and you will need to run missions, attack people, get people to attack you and win it all. Each time you level add to health (the higher your health the more exp you earn with a win) and defense, so that your bounty time will pay off. People with high defense do well on the bounty list
