Investing in Territory, The Right Way!

Properly Investing in Property in Myspace Mobsters is crucial for your success, especially in the later levels of the game 20+. When you are first starting out you may look at the Territory tab and think, wow, I will never save up $400,000 for a Luxury Hotel. Wrong. This game is designed to quickly transition to higher levels of income as your mobster gets stronger and you as a player makes the right decisions. When you first starting building some cash from repeatedly running the Store Robbery & Collect Protection Money missions, you will need to make a decision on spending cash now on low level weapons, OR, investing in territory that will provide a streaming income even as you sleep. The best choice is to invest that money into territory. In the early stages of the game $10,000 is a lot of money and it is hard to give up only to see it slowly crawl back to you, but it is a VITAL step in the early stages of Mobsters. Save up enough money to buy property in packs of 5x or 10x. If you buy the property separately you will notice the price raising per amount you already own.

Example: Buy 1x Vacant Lot @ $5,000
If you go back to buy another Vacant Lot the price will be 10% higher @ $5,500 now

Instead why not buy a 5x or 10x pack of the territories instead. The cost of 10x Vacant Lot’s would be $50,000 bringing you in $1,000/HR Income.If you were to purchase them 1 by 1 the cost would have been $72,500 still only bringing you in $1,000/HR Income. That adds 23 hours of waiting for income just to makeup for the shortcut you tried to take.

This rule is even more important at the higher levels of play. If you were to purchase 10x Luxury Hotels they would cost a total of $4,000,000. If you were to buy that same 10x Luxury Hotels separately 1 by 1, the cost would change to $5,800,000. That is a 1.8 Million Dollar difference! Trust me, it is worth the wait on those territory purchases.
