Is it telling you its because of security concerns? At each level there is a limit on how much you can deposit into the bank. It goes up when you level up. So a low level with a lot of money is SOL. If you have your equipment maxed out, you shouldn’t use the bank anyways, the godfather takes more than you’d lose by people robbing you. hope this helped.
